Successful completion of high-end microwave industrial defrosting equipment

Recently, in response to the needs of foreign customers, our company provides industrial defrosting equipment which can fast defrost steak,food,beef,pork,chicken and other type of meat .
It takes only 20 days from the signing of the contract to production. This equipment uses 915MHz high-power microwave generator power supply, its maximum microwave output power is 75KW, defrost amount reaches 1.5 tons/hour；For the 25kg beef standard package, it only takes 2 minutes to raise the temperature from -18°C to -2°C, and the temperature and uniformity have reached the predetermined technical specifications.

Microwave thaw is mainly used in food thawing. It has the advantages of high speed, high efficiency, low energy consumption, no pollution, and continuous operation. At present, domestic defrost equipment has always been at low-end manufacturing and low-cost sales. 

This set of equipment uses advanced feed wave technology, simulation structure cavity, large feed suppressor, and new turbulent furnace door. The appearance, uniformity and reliability of the meat defrost equipment have been greatly improved, and it has also been recognized on the spot by foreign customers.
