Our microwave incinerator can fundamentally avoid many drawbacks in the process of medical waste disposal.Medical waste contains a large number of pathogenic microorganisms and chemical drugs, and the danger of  virus is  dozens or even hundreds of times more than municipal solid waste . At the same time,medical waste is component of much  organic which is easy to rot, breed mosquitoes ,and spread diseases. In the process of medical waste management, incineration disposal is the best method for reducing the size and the harmless of waste .

Our Microwave incinerator for medical waste  is composed
of feeding system, microwave energy generator, ashing system, filtration system, cooling system, Plasma tail gas treatment system and discharging system.

Its operating principle is to use microwave technology, under anaerobic or hypoxic state, heat the medical waste and let its temperature rapidly raise to 1200℃ and thus it quickly crosses 200℃ –500℃ (Dioxins are much generated in this temperature range) and  directly rapidly ashes the medical waste to avoid much Dioxins producing.
Then the high temperature pyrolysis gas from the chamber  is collected and cooled by cycling water.As a result,mostly the heavy metal element is kept in the water.

As to the treatment for little Dioxins and others in exhaust gas, we use microwave Plasma torch system to do burning. The ions and electronics in Plasma have high energy, so they can fully break down the molecule in air and become co2 and h2o gas.
After that, using SCR system(Selective Catalytic Reduction) treatment,nitrogen oxide is get rid of.

The entire processing is  full closure and harmless.
